I am an international communications consultant and digital and innovation strategist.
Based in London I work with companies, international organisations and governments in Europe, the Middle East and Asia – Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
I advise boards, c-suite and senior management, helping them build reputations through modern integrated public relations and communications. I also support organisations in the development of customer experiences and the designing of innovation solutions for service delivery.
Aside from governmental and international organisations, I have experience of working in the Banking and Financial Services, Consumer, Media, Oil and Gas, Technology, Telecoms, Transport and Sports sectors.

I focus on people and understanding what shapes behaviours, perceptions and the decisions that make us unique. Why? Because social and digital has empowered us, it has influenced how our views and opinions are shaped, and as a result how reputations need to be built and protected.
My strength is to help with strategy and planning and to help establish digital and social at the core of customer experiences. I advise and lead on digital transformation.
My background is in public relations. The traditional PR – corporate communications, internal communications, corporate social responsibility, public and government affairs, event management, social media and content marketing. I also have strong experience in branding and customer experience development.
To date I have shared my knowledge, opinion and insight on the impact of digital and social media in academic journals, books and research papers and the media.
