Iā€™m an international communications consultant and digital and innovation strategist.

I have over 20 years experience helping public and private sector organisations better understand the impact and influence of digital, social and technology on their services, products and reputations.

Success is not just down to the technology. What matters is having a clear understanding of people - audiences, users and their behaviours.

Based in the UK, I work direct to clients or through consultancies and agencies. I advise companies and organisations in the following sectors, namely government and public sector, financial services, private equity and corporate venture capital, technology, telecommunications, media, marketing and communications, not-for-profit and others.

Internationally I have extensive experience of working in markets around the world, including Europe, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar and Oman) and South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia).

Outside of work I have been a board member of the UK's Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and one of the founding members of it's social media advisory panel (CIPRSM). I have delivered guest lectures around the world, including in Dubai, Singapore and Johannesburg, as well as the University of Cambridge 's Judge Business School, University of the Arts London College of Communications, Google, Global Corporate Venturing conference.
